1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, unsealed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided.
- A video of the unboxing is strongly recommended as proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes (unless damaged/incorrect).
- Items without original packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Decant samples (5ml, 10ml) are non-returnable unless defective.
4. Perfume Return Conditions
Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfume bottles are non-returnable unless the product received was damaged in transit or the wrong product was delivered. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@luxuryforlesss.com or +91 92134 07701 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order ID and photos/video of the product.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@luxuryforlesss.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/video. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
