Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 12–24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately after ordering:

3. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to process payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
